Before your appointment…..
Some suggestions on how to prepare for your appointment:
· Take a few minutes to relax before we meet. Just breathe. Think of a happy memory with a loved one you would like to connect with.
· Keep an open mind as to who might pop in to a reading, sometimes the obscure college roommate or acquaintance that drops in brings along the loved ones you are hoping to hear from.
· Grab a pen and paper beforehand to jot down any relevant information or notes you would like to remember or details that may become more clear over time.
· Try to be in a quiet environment if we are meeting online. I understand this can be a struggle if you have a family at home, but try to choose a time and place that will enable you to enjoy the reading without interruptions.
· Feel free to provide feedback during the reading- saying “I understand”, “I don’t understand” or “I’m not sure” is perfectly fine. I see and hear details that may seem inconsequential at times, but it often paints a bigger picture for you to immerse yourself in a scene or an emotion that your loved one wants to convey.
· Enjoy your time and ask any questions you’d like! Spirit often guides their loved ones to specific communicators for a reason, I hope you enjoy our time together and it leaves you feeling hopeful and connected!
